BPS K9 is currently hiring for a kennel hand. This position will include looking after our K9 fleet with feedings, giving water and general health. Please be advised that this position will be mostly outdoor, as our kennels are in an outdoor setting.

This position will be part time, 20 hours a week to start, must have versatile days available.

Kennel Hand Description:

- Help the 3 other kennel hands with daily activities around the bays
- Cleaning dishes, and other utensils used throughout the day
- Exercising dogs
- Caring for the dogs as needed
- Other activities needed as support for other kennel hands

Candidates should have a class 5 drivers license.

Candidates must be able to:

- lift up to 50lbs
- work in all weather conditions,



work is mainly outside
- must be comfortable around dogs and dealing with working dogs
- must be comfortable being on their feet for 8 hours a day

Candidates should also work well with dogs on a daily basis. No allergies or issues with dog hair or saliva.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
