Pay: $25.00/hourHours: Up to 25 hours per week

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and flexible individual to join our family support team. This position involves assisting a family with disabilities in their daily lives while providing respectful, person-centred care.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Medication reminders and support with daily routines.
- Meal planning and meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment.
- Laundry and household organization.
- Community outings and recreational activities.
- Accompanying and assisting with medical appointments and other community appointments.
- Supporting independence while following established routines and care plans.
- Providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for the family.

Scheduling Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

This position requires flexibility. Applicants must be available to work:

- Weekdays (days, afternoons, and evenings)
- Weekends (required)
- Holidays (when scheduled)

These are requirements of the position,



not optional shifts.

Please do not apply if you:

- Cannot work weekends.
- Cannot work afternoons or evenings.
- Need a Monday–Friday schedule only.
- Are unable to work the hours required to meet the family’s care needs.

Schedules are created based on the family’s needs. While reasonable requests for time off or availability will be considered whenever possible, flexibility and reliability are essential parts of this role.
