We provide highly customized cleaning service plans according to their requirements and make improvements. Position: Part-Time Building Cleaner
Location: Pacific House, 899 Esquimalt Road
Schedule: Two scheduled visits per week, with additional monthly stairwell cleaning incorporated into one regular visit. Exact days and working hours will be agreed upon.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain building common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors as required.
- Clean washrooms, glass, doors and high-touch surfaces.




- Clean elevators, amenity areas and parkade entrances.
- Maintain garbage and recycling areas.
- Dust and clean stairwells periodically.
- Report maintenance concerns, damage or safety hazards.
- Follow the assigned weekly and monthly cleaning schedule.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all assigned duties are completed within designated timeframes

Pay: $650.00-$1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
