Job Title: Plate Roll or Metal Fabrication Machine Operator (Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls)

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Shift: Day Shift Monday to Friday (7:00 AM 4:30 PM | Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $20 $28 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Plate Roll Operators with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
operating Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls and will work closely with skilled trades in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and safely operate Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform layout and mark dimensions on metal plates as required
- Complete all required production paperwork accurately
- Ensure proper handling and forming of various material grades
- Operate lifting equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all company safety policies and Ontario/regional regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plate Roll Operator
- Hands-on experience with Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls
- Strong ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings
- Knowledge of different material grades and forming techniques
- Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
