Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Handle cash transactions securely and accurately; manage cash handling procedures effectively.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.

Skills

- Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on bartending or restaurant roles.
- Familiarity with Micros POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume service periods effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
