Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.

Duties

- Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed during busy periods
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing attentive guest service
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required




- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous
- Effective communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
