Job Summary

Duties

- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.




- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and resource allocation.

Experience

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the countertop or construction industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and restoration processes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction work environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
