Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to address various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and appearance of properties, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on several residential facilities, tasks include but are not limited to:
- general carpentry
- minor plumbing & electrical
- drywall, patching & painting
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a maintenance worker, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and methods.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.




- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
