Warehouse Team Lead!

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to support our Outbound Operations team in Brampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and is passionate about driving productivity, accuracy, and team success.

Location: Brampton, ON

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Full-Time
- Flexibility to work additional hours, alternate shifts, and occasional weekends as required

Compensation

- $22.00 p/h weekly pay
- 4% of vacation paid per hour
- Full-time opportunity

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will support the Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse operations while ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and customer service standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the Outbound team in preparing and loading customer orders.
- Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to team members.
- Release and manage orders using SAP and warehouse systems.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and loaded accurately and on time.
- Monitor team performance and productivity throughout the shift.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Coach and mentor team members to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and leadership to achieve operational goals.
- Perform regular warehouse duties when Team Lead responsibilities are not required.

Qualifications Required Experience

- Previous experience in a Team Lead, Lead Hand, Supervisor, or similar warehouse leadership role.
- Experience working in a distribution center, warehouse, logistics,



or fulfillment environment.
- Experience coordinating teams and prioritizing workloads.

Skills & Abilities

- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Computer proficiency required.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- SAP experience is considered a strong asset.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
