Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage therapy treatments
- Perform professional massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices or follow-up sessions
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures




- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements for licensure renewal

Skills

- Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and trusting environment for clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and address client concerns
- Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate empathy towards clients’ needs and comfort levels
- Qualified licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct

Pay: $80.00-$101.04 per hour
