We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent / Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Superintendent / Foreman will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of civil utility installations, including storm, sewer, water, and shallow utilities. This position involves overseeing and managing construction activities such as excavation, grading, and site preparation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary in office representative for the company, managing interactions with clients, the public, labor crews, and subcontractors
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Ensure all work complies with contract requirements, municipal/engineering specifications, and MMCD standards
- Implement and maintain project plans, including safety and traffic management plans
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to ensure the project stays on track and within scope
- Track daily crew and subcontractor time records




- Work effectively with digital tools, including PDFs, spreadsheets, SharePoint, etc.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a civil construction management role
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with ground crews
- Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Experience:

- Civil Construction Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
