Experienced Carpenter (Long Term Position)

Advancement Opportunities:

- Water Ingress Investigations
- Assessments & Reporting
- Budget Development & Reporting

Qualifications:

- Must have at least 5-year experience in building envelope & restoration work
- Blueprint Reading
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be reliable
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Must have personal hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, physically fit and able to work well with other

employees and sub-trades
