About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of experience at a leading financial institution, hold CFA Level II or above, and possess outstanding communication skills, professionalism, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-depth financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements

- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and leadership

- Support the development and tracking of key strategic initiatives and investment performance metrics

- Engage in business development activities and external networking to support company growth

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from elite universities.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or related financial institution





- CFA Level II required; Level III candidates or CFA charter holders strongly preferred

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Demonstrated strength in financial modeling and business forecasting

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Highly disciplined, dependable, and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working in a agile, collaborative, and high-performance environment
