Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the kitchen by preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure timely service of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper food handling practices are followed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during service periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.




- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.

Skills

- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
- Experience in the food industry, preferably within a restaurant or food service environment.
