Job Overview
Hickey's Timber Mart is a Newfoundland owned and operated family business selling building materials since 1973, with 4 locations.
We are looking for highly motivated and well-organized employees to join our team at our local store.
Duties include and are not limited to:
- Load and unload building materials for deliveries, as well as stock
- Deliver building materials to homes, businesses and construction sites
- Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and safety
- Verify load security and accuracy
- Follow all regulations, company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Clean Drivers Abstract (must be provided)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- Self motivated, punctual, reliable and safety oriented
