YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

- Provide support and guidance to employees on work-related and employee relations matters;

- Organize, coordinate, and lead on-site cultural and employee engagement activities;

- Support Elders' visits and assist with community relations and engagement initiatives;

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team in day-to-day activities;

- Offer employee support and counselling services, as appropriate, and facilitate access to additional resources when needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- 2-5 years of experience in administrative related work;

- Experience in Human Resources is an asset;

- Mining experience is an asset;

- Robust ability to effectively communicate in Inuktitut and English (Oral and written);

- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint;

- Position reserved for Nunavut Inuit Beneficiary candidates.
