See Sight Tours is seeking safe, reliable, and customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to transport guests between Charlottetown and one of Prince Edward Island's most iconic attractions. As the Shuttle Driver, you will work alongside one of our knowledgeable Tour Guides, who will provide engaging commentary and lead guests through their experience at Green Gables Heritage Place, the inspiration behind Anne of Green Gables.

Our unique shuttle model operates on an hourly schedule, allowing guests to enjoy a guided visit before returning on a later shuttle. As the driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every tour runs safely, efficiently, and on time while delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a company shuttle while transporting guests between Charlottetown and designated tour destinations.
- Work closely with the Tour Guide to ensure seamless tour operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Welcome guests, assist with boarding, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintain the tour schedule by ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Keep the shuttle clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
- Follow all company safety policies,



provincial traffic regulations, and operational procedures.
- Represent See Sight Tours Canada with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 4 driver's license (or equivalent required to transport passengers in Prince Edward Island) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving passengers, shuttles, buses, or commercial vehicles is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while collaborating with Tour Guides and Operations.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Prince Edward Island is considered an asset but is not required.
