Waste Truck Driver / Loader

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 10–12 hours per day
- 6:00 a.m. start most days
Truck & Route Details
- Automatic transmission
- Single or dual axle manual side-load recycling truck
- Driving is performed from the right side of the truck while on collection routes
- Reporting daily to the yard before heading out on assigned routes
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a manual side-load recycling truck safely on assigned routes
- Manually load recycling materials into the truck
- Lift bins weighing up to approximately 40 lbs
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- DZ or AZ licence
- Comfortable driving from the right-hand side of the truck
- Able to perform repetitive lifting and physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Waste or recycling experience is an asset, but not required'
- Clean CVOR and Driver Abstract

- This is a temporary assignment with potential to extend beyond one month
- Immediate availability is required
- Must have CSA Approved Safety Boots Above the Ankle
