Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a diverse and innovative menu that reflects our restaurant's aesthetic and meets our standards of quality.

- Ensure efficient kitchen operations during service, including prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining high-quality standards.

- Manage inventory, ordering, and maintain organization in the kitchen to support seamless service.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus, specials and continuously elevate our offerings.

- Work with kitchen staff to uphold our standards of excellence and professionalism.

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Robust culinary skills and a passion for creativity, with the ability to develop unique and appealing dishes.





- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
