Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced culinary professionals to showcase their expertise in a dynamic restaurant environment. The Chef De Partie will work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry stations
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in food handling, meal preparation, and plating for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for ingredients or supplies
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Experience

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
