Lavage de Vitres Webster operates exterior home service businesses in Quebec, Ontario, and Florida. We hold the industry record for highest single-day revenue in residential window cleaning. We're hiring a few more reps for the 2026 season in Greater Montréal.

The job, plainly

You knock doors and sell window cleaning and gutter cleaning to homeowners. Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm. Straight commission, paid weekly. No vehicle needed. You must be bilingual (FR/EN).

The honest numbers

Most reps who complete training and run the system full-time land between $6K and $10K a month. Top reps have cleared $14K and more, and over a first full year the best clear six figures. This season, a rep with no sales experience took home $3,000 in commission in one day within his first week. He followed the training exactly, which is the entire explanation. That said, anchor on the monthly figure, because one great day doesn't pay rent. A consistent month does.

The other side of it: roughly a third of people who start don't last 30 days. Almost all of them are people who decided to improvise instead of running the system. We'd rather tell you that here than have you find out in June.

What the training actually is

You don't knock a door alone until you've finished a six-phase onboarding and role-played the script with leadership enough times that you can't get it wrong.



We use an objection-handling framework called ARTAC that we've built over years of field data, with printed reference cards for the situations that come up daily. After onboarding, you get coached every day by people who still sell, including on your real recorded numbers, not vibes.

The skill you leave with, starting conversations with strangers and closing them, transfers to any sales career. Several former reps now run their own teams.

Culture, briefly

Team dinners after big sales days. Top performers earn an annual all-inclusive trip. Last year it was a villa in Tulum. This year its in Iceland.

Don't apply if

You need a guaranteed base. There isn't one, and no amount of wanting it changes the math of this role.

You want part-time, remote, or a few weeks in August. Full season only. We go door-to-door from late March until December 1st. During the winter (December to March), we do phone sales for our Florida location.

If you already know a rejection streak makes you quit. This job is 40 no's a day.

Process
