As an Automobile Salesperson, you will be instrumental in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service within our dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core skills in retail sales and communication will enable you to engage effectively with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your premium skills in negotiation and outside sales will enhance your ability to close deals, while your relevant skills in marketing and organizational abilities will support your success in managing the sales pipeline. Qualifications

- Proven dealership experience in car sales
- Strong retail sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities




- Experience in outside sales and managing a sales pipeline
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques
- Solid organizational skills and proficiency in math

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Utilize dealership experience to effectively present and demonstrate vehicles.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads and following up with potential buyers. CRM experience an asset
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership offerings and events.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
