Eagleson Veterinary Clinic is a CVO- and AAHA-accredited small animal emergency clinic in Kanata. We’re a supportive, service-oriented team providing high-quality care with compassion. Our fully equipped facility offers digital and dental x-rays, an in-house lab, ultrasound services, and much more.
We’re looking for friendly, motivated Client Care Representatives to join our amazing team!
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and by email
- Schedule appointments, manage records, and process payments
- Provide accurate information about our services and products
- Respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain detailed and accurate client communication notes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
- 1+ year of animal care or veterinary experience (preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
