Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
- Assist in the training of new staff members as needed.




- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in cashiering and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure protected serving of food items.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including kitchen staff.
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
