We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently and accurately, maintaining consistency in presentation and taste
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with plating and garnishing dishes for service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with serving guests when needed
- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
