Job Description

South East Ventilation Ltd. o/a South East Mechanical continues to grow and expand our plumbing division, We Love Plumbing Ltd. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Journeyman / Foreman or Level 3–4 Apprentice with strong experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on work, with a strong background in residential housing and commercial construction, and is open to out-of-town work as part of a full-time position, with out of town incentives.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will help lead plumbing job sites, support field teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. While this is a full-time role, a portion of the work will involve out-of-town projects, requiring flexibility and a willingness to travel.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership & Management

- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Plan daily and weekly work activities and assign tasks to apprentices
- Act as the main on-site point of contact for Project Managers and other trades
- Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship

Technical & Field Work

- Perform and oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide direction to team members

Safety, Quality & Accountability





- Enforce company safety policies and site-specific requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Track materials, tools, and equipment usage

What We’re Looking For

- Journeyman Plumber certification (Red Seal preferred)
- OR
- Level 3 or 4 Apprentice with strong relevant experience
- Proven experience in residential housing and commercial plumbing
- Experience leading or assisting in managing job sites is an asset
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town work
- Solid work ethic, leadership mindset, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s licenseWhat We Offer
