Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative with 3-5 years of sales experience to contribute to our growth and help expand our customer base. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role (B2B or B2C experience is preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify sales opportunities and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales support or assistant role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
