What You'll Be Doing

- Creating a welcoming,



professional, and memorable first impression for every client

- Managing bookings, inquiries, and daily front desk operations

- Supporting clients throughout their treatment journey, from initial inquiry to ongoing care

- Building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Recommending treatments and premium skincare products, including SkinCeuticals

- Engaging with an established client database to drive bookings, retention, and client satisfaction

- Following up with prospective and existing clients to support clinic growth

- Contributing to clinic success through both service excellence and sales performance

- Working toward individual and team goals in a supportive, results-driven environment

What We're Looking For

- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, medical aesthetics, or clinic environments

- Confidence working toward goals and delivering exceptional client experiences

- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and aesthetics

- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
