Central Equipment Sales and Service specializes in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, along with custom fabrication for specialized projects.

We are looking for a skilled 310T Truck and Coach Technician who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, heavy-duty repair environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their work, can confidently diagnose and repair complex issues, and understands the importance of keeping equipment moving. You’ll be relied on to deliver quality repairs efficiently, support team productivity, and maintain a strong safety focus while working on a wide range of commercial vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing




- Conduct inspections in compliance with MTO and CVOR standards
- Complete work orders accurately, including detailed job notes and parts use
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify faults and recommend repair
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and OHSA regulations
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (Ontario)
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a heavy-duty or fleet repair environment
- Proficient with electronic diagnostic tools and systems
- Valid driver’s license (DZ or AZ considered an asset)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
