Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products that meet their expectations. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you craft everything from bread to pastries, while also providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Package baked goods for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have.




- Maintain equipment and kitchen tools in good working condition.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking.
