An opportunity to work as a breakfast server at Vista 18 has become available. We are looking for someone to work three to five shifts a week.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders accurately in POS system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience.



Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Prepare final bill ensuring its accuracy, present check to guest, enter and accept correct payment, process credit/debit/gift card charges accurately or make change if applicable.
- Accurately complete server cash-out at the end of service shift.
- Following established procedures and policies when completing tasks.
- Be an Ambassador for the Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites and Vista 18.
- Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid Serving it Right certificate
- Proven cash handling experience
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Must possess solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven communications skills and ability to work positively in a team environment and respond well to direction.
- Ability to complete shifts that include frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting.
- Previous food and beverage service experience necessary.
