Product Advisor – White Rock Hyundai

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Advisor who delivers exceptional customer experiences, builds long-term relationships, and guides customers confidently through the full sales process for new and pre-owned vehicles.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
- Present and explain vehicle features with confidence and accuracy
- Conduct skilled, safe test drives
- Manage customer follow-up in the CRM to build lasting relationships
- Guide customers through the purchase process and documentation
- Coordinate with the Finance Department, Service Department, and the Delivery Specialist for seamless handoffs
- Stay current with product training, incentives, and market trends





What We’re Looking For:

- Automotive sales experience is an asset
- Valid Provincial Sales License (VSA or equivalent)
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Commitment to exceptional customer care and continuous learning
