The Team Lead plays an important part in keeping Valley Clean running smoothly day to day. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, you’ll be supporting our cleaners, helping maintain our high cleaning standards, and making sure each client’s experience feels effortless. From training and quality checks to being the go-to person for feedback or on-site decisions, you’ll be a key part of our team’s success. Our work takes us through homes, apartment buildings, and commercial spaces across Rothesay, Quispamsis, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control & Inspections

- Conduct final quality control checks to ensure quality.
- Re-clean areas that do not meet quality expectations.
- Communicate inspection results and provide constructive feedback to employees and management.

2. Cleaning Duties

- Perform daily cleaning assignments as the primary function of this role, with the majority of time spent actively cleaning.

3. Employee Management

- Act as the primary communicator between on-site teams, management,



and administrative staff regarding quality control and on-site team management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and Quality First.

4. Training & Onboarding

- Train new employees in cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support to employees to reinforce training and expectations.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in the cleaning industry, particularly with move-out cleans and residential cleans.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead with empathy and positivity.
- Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily.
- You do NOT need management experience to apply for this role.

Additional Requirements

- Reliable Vehicle and a Valid Driver’s License (essential for travel between assignments).

Typical Schedule

- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend shifts/ evening hours are occasionally available (but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
