We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving change and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls appropriately




- Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and product organization
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout lines during busy periods

Experience

- Prior retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous for engaging customers effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices is beneficial
- Previous customer service roles that demonstrate patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities are valued
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills
