Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Serve food promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards are maintained.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing the cash register with basic math skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
- Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations in the food industry.
