This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping individuals, families and businesses. Leading with a needs-based approach, you guide clients to understand their risks and protect against uncertainty through innovative solutions and extraordinary service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Grow our client base by prospecting within our existing client relationships.

· Actively manage client leads, referrals and applications.

· Deliver personalized, ongoing insurance solutions to help clients work toward their goals and protect against risk.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and regular reviews.

Competencies:

· LLQP certification required

· Minimum 1-2 years of professional sales experience

· Experience providing insurance solutions to individuals and families

· Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

· Self-motivated, highly driven

· Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written

· Business development and prospecting skills





· Positive attitude with Growth mindset

· Team player who can work independently

· Strong character and integrity

· Continuous learner with a deep interest in client needs

· Ability to build trust, develop and maintain relationships

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have experience as a licensed Life Advisor. Ideally the candidate will have a university degree supported by industry designations.
