Duties

- Assist in supervising daily office operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high performance levels
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members
- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, product procurement, and store supplies to ensure optimal stock levels




- Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers through phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Skills

- Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks using time management techniques
- Experience in marketing, pricing strategies, and sales management to drive performance
- Excellent communication skills for training staff, conducting interviews, and engaging with customers
- Knowledge of budgeting, merchandising, purchasing, and administrative procedures including bookkeeping and record keeping

Pay: $67,784.00-$86,057.55 per year
