Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, or digital payments
- Handle cash handling procedures with precision and accountability
- Conduct product demos for convenience store items and promote upselling opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including merchandising displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage phone etiquette when taking orders or providing information over the phone




- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all transactions and activities

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and stocked
- Ability to perform basic technical tasks such as operating POS systems and monitoring fuel pumps
- Excellent time management to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during shifts
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach
