As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling guidelines are adhered to for safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide help as needed to enhance their dining experience.





Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
- Must be able to follow directions accurately and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
