About ALM Corp

At ALM Corp, we are more than just a digital marketing agency; we are a collective of passionate strategists, creative innovators, and data enthusiasts united by a singular purpose: to empower your brand’s digital journey. We believe that true digital excellence isn’t just about campaigns and conversions, but about building lasting partnerships forged in trust, transparency, and a shared vision for success. Our website is www.almcorp.com.

The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented, client-facing Project Manager to lead web development projects across ALM Corp's portfolio. You will be the central hub between clients, designers, developers, and internal stakeholders — translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring flawless delivery.

This role requires someone who understands both the technical realities of web development and the nuances of client relationships — particularly with American clients and agencies. You don't need to write code, but you need to speak the language of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and agile workflows. (expert knowledge of WordPress is mandatory for this role)

What You'll Do

Project Planning & Execution

- Own the full project lifecycle for web development engagements — from discovery and scope definition to launch and post-launch support
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Manage multiple concurrent projects (15-20 at any given time) across various platforms: WordPress, Shopify and custom builds
- Identify risks early, troubleshoot blockers,

and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the web development process
- Lead discovery calls, weekly status meetings, and milestone presentations — primarily with American clients and agency partners
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused language for non-technical stakeholders
- Manage client expectations proactively and handle difficult conversations with professionalism and poise
- Gather, document, and prioritize client feedback and change requests

Team Coordination & Resource Management

- Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, QA testers, and content strategists
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure team members have the clarity and resources they need to execute
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for agile web projects
- Balance workloads across the development team and escalate resource constraints to leadership

Quality Assurance & Launch Management

- Oversee QA processes to ensure all deliverables meet ALM Corp's quality standards before client review
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the feedback-to-fix loop efficiently

- Plan and execute website launches, including DNS cutovers, go-live checklists, and post-launch monitoring
- Ensure proper documentation, training, and handoff for client teams

Budget & Profitability

- Monitor project budgets, track billable hours, and flag scope creep before it impacts margins
- Work with account leadership to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during project engagements
- Contribute to SOW (Statement of Work) creation and project estimations for new business proposals

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

- 3–5 years of project management experience in a web development, digital agency, or software development environment
- Proven track record managing website projects from concept to launch — including corporate sites, e-commerce platforms, and CMS-driven builds
- Robust understanding of web technologies and development workflows: HTML/CSS fundamentals, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), responsive design principles, and API integrations
- Experience managing projects for American clients — familiarity with U.S. business culture, time zones, and communication expectations
- Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Basecamp etc
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you can write a clear project brief and lead a confident client presentation
- A problem-solver mindset: calm under pressure, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
