Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions for PolicyCenter implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have solid insurance domain expertise (Property & Casualty), hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, and the ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong understanding of policy lifecycle, underwriting, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business processes.
- Experience gathering, analysing,



and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with Guidewire implementation or upgrade projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter.
- Knowledge of Guidewire Digital Portal and Guidewire Cloud.
- SQL for data validation and reporting.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Guidewire certifications.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour

Experience:

- Guidewire PolicyCenter: 5 years (preferred)
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analyst : 6 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Guidewire ACE Certified (preferred)
