Our client:
A leading Canadian healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care and employee development.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance and best practices.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across a variety of corporate and operational positions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support recruitment and talent initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports and metrics while identifying opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Design and prepare presentations, reports and recruitment dashboards using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Assist with talent development initiatives including training coordination, performance management support, succession planning and employee engagement programs.
- Support learning and development projects by maintaining training materials, tracking completion metrics and assisting with training needs analysis.




- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on recruitment, talent development and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications and pre-requisites:

- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, presentations and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting talent development, onboarding or learning initiatives is considered an asset.
- CHRP designation or progress toward designation is considered an asset.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
