Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople in executing project tasks according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling
- Framing, Drywall, mudding,
flooring, and painting
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate various equipment safely is desirable
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
