Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders using the POS system.
- Process and manage online orders through Uber Eats and other delivery platforms.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations to customers.
- Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Basic food preparation, including chopping and preparing chicken, pork, beef, and other ingredients.
- Perform basic cooking following company recipes and procedures.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize the dining area, kitchen, washrooms, and other work areas.
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory deliveries.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Operate on the company food truck by preparing, packing, and serving food to customers.
- Process cash, debit,



and credit card payments accurately and assist with cash counting when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist in all areas of the restaurant as business needs require.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support daily restaurant operations.

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Willing to learn all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
