What You'll Do

- Represent TELUS through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
- Learn customers' needs and recommend the right Mobility, Internet, TV, and Smart Home solutions.
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Participate in daily sales training, coaching, and leadership development.
- Work alongside a high-performance team focused on continuous improvement.
- Track customer interactions and sales results accurately.
