## Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. ## Duties - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Maintain accurate customer records through data entry - Provide support to the sales team as needed





## Experience -, familarity with ERP software essential

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
