If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Supervisor to join our team in Edmonton, AB.

What You Will Do:

- Support the Field Manager with day-to-day security operations
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service quality and compliance
- Train, mentor, and support current and existing security personnel
- Check on guards at assigned sites and provide operational guidance
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage as needed
- Respond to incidents, client concerns, and operational issues
- Ensure guards are following company policies, site procedures, and client expectations
- Prepare clear and accurate reports, inspections, and documentation
- Maintain strong communication with guards, clients, and management
- Help foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture

Shift Details:

- Location: Edmonton, AB
- Full-Time Position

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Security License
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Previous security experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in handling emergency and high-pressure situations




- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Basic technology skills, including report writing, smartphone applications, scheduling systems, and two-way radio communication
- Professional appearance and attitude
