Job Summary

Go Richmond Kia is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Automotive sales experience is an asset, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and is motivated to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while providing a professional, friendly, and memorable dealership experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers by phone, email, and text
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial inquiry to delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia vehicles, features, technology, and current promotions
- Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and customer records
- Collaborate with the sales and management team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during,



and after the sale
