We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food service for our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in meal preparation for banquets, events, and daily service
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times




- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or service staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies or ingredients

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service roles
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Familiarity with serving protocols and restaurant operations is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
