About Us:
we are launching an exciting new culinary chapter in the heart of Westboro. We are introducing a sophisticated French-Yunnan Fusion concept, seamlessly blending elevated French culinary techniques with the vibrant, exotic ingredients and flavor profiles of Southwest China. We are building a brand-recent, passionate team from scratch and are seeking a creative, reliable, and leadership-driven Lead Bartender to help us build our beverage program from the ground up.The September "Setup & Curation" Phase (Your First Month):

- Wine & Beverage Management: Curating a tight, high-quality wine list to complement our fusion menu; managing opening inventory and setting up accounts with LCBO and local craft suppliers.
- Bar Station Setup: Organizing the bar area from scratch, testing equipment (ice machines, lines), and establishing Bar SOPs (recipes, batching, and cost control).
